REGULAR SUNDAY SERVICE
There is a 9.30 service each Sunday at All Saints. Services include Holy Communion, Family Service, Morning Worship and Worship for All. We are a warm and welcoming congregation. Do introduce yourself/yourselves if you are new to the area or a visitor and please do join stay for 'coffee' after.
HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE
All Saints has Saxon and Norman stonework and early Gothic Arcade with Victorian additions. A 13th century tower with a peal of six bells. Recent re-ordering includes nave altar and choir stalls and social area at west end. Associations include Robert Hooke 17th century scientist was baptised here and Alfred Lord Tennyson worshipped here regularly. Members of the Tennyson family are buried in the churchyard and a bronze statuette of Tennyson is exhibited in the Afton Chapel. There are many other interesting features.

Lovely St Agnes Church nestles beneath Tennyson Down in the beautiful Freshwater Bay area of West Wight, close to the historic Orchards Grocery store and the ever popular Piano Cafe.
Everyone is welcome at St Agnes, whether you want to join us in worship, sit and listen to a service or even just to take some time to sit quietly in the Church and listen to the sounds of the sea and the countryside.
The church is open everyday for visitors and prayers and quiet contemplation.
